Our Application Process

APPLICATION:
You can easily apply via our homepage and upload your complete application documents there, or send us your application documents by email to bewerbung@delta-sport.com.
SCREENING:
We will carefully review your application and consult closely with the relevant department to obtain initial feedback. Sometimes this step can take a little longer, but we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if this is the case.
FIRST INTERVIEW:
We usually conduct our first interview in a straightforward manner via Microsoft Teams. In addition to us from HR, a colleague from the relevant department is also present. This allows us to get to know each other, discuss any open questions and gain a first impression of each other.
WORK EXPERIENCE/PERSONAL INTRODUCTION:
If the initial interview is positive for both sides, we will invite you to a personal appointment at our premises. During a 2–3-hour work shadowing session, you will gain an authentic insight into our team, our tasks and the working environment at Delta-Sport.
CONTRACT COORDINATION:
Once we have agreed that we are a good fit, we will work out all the contractual details together. Following our verbal offer, you will receive the contract documents by post. If you have any questions in the meantime, we are always available to assist you.
ONBOARDING!
We warmly welcome you to Delta-Sport! During your first few days, you will learn about your responsibilities, get to know our team and familiarise yourself with the most important processes – this will help you quickly find your feet and ensure you are well prepared for your start.
