Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
Article 2 of the Act Implementing the Waste Framework Directive/AbfRRL provides for an amendment to Section 18 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. According to this, manufacturers must publish an annual report on their progress in meeting the quantitative targets set out in Sections 10 (3) and 22 (1) of the ElektroG.
