As an owner-managed, medium-sized company, we operate in the best Hanseatic tradition with a global orientation. From our location in Hamburg, we manage sustainable and high-quality production in Europe and Asia with our approximately 300 employees. With a high level of transparency, efficiency and innovation, we are constantly opening up new markets and offering our customers the best quality and optimal service tailored to their needs.

HANNAS STORY

I was impressed right from my first interview at DELTA: the relaxed atmosphere and friendly faces immediately made me feel truly welcome. The interview was informal but still professional – and the team spirit was immediately apparent. This experience not only encouraged me, but also showed me that genuine appreciation is practised here. Even after several years, this feeling has remained. I am proud to be part of the DELTA team and to experience the special camaraderie every day!

SURPRISE ON HOLIDAY

MAIKES  STORY

During my holiday in Slovenia, I discovered my first design project in a LIDL store: our specially developed children’s fountain pen for beginner writers. I was so proud – of course I bought a few for my own children right away! Knowing that other children might also be writing their first words with my pen fills me with great joy. This moment reminded me once again why I love my job at DELTA so much: creating real experiences with our products and accompanying children on their journey!

AT EYE LEVEL

CHRIS  STORY

For the promotional photoshoot for our trampoline, we were on site with colleagues from various departments at our testimonial. Whether project management, executive management or warehouse team – everyone pitched in and set up the trampoline together. The result? Great promotional photos, interesting conversations and lots of laughs. It was impressive to see how everyone was fully committed and genuinely passionate about the project. This day showed what we are capable of as a team – full of energy, fun and solidarity. On top of that, we gained a fascinating insight into the life of our testimonial. It was a great honour for me to be part of this special moment. A day that will have a lasting impact and one that I am really proud of!

CONTAINER CRISIS IN CHINA

SEBASTIANS  STORY

Shortly before Chinese New Year, 28,000 garden chairs were ready for shipment at the factory – but the logistics service provider failed to collect them on time. The situation was precarious: there was a risk of delivery failure and financial loss. The DELTA team didn’t hesitate for long: we formed a task force, drove to the factory ourselves and got to work together. We rang in the New Year with traditional fireworks and then got down to business: together, we loaded 40 containers and gave it our all to save the delivery – pure teamwork! This experience showed me what is possible when everyone sticks together and puts their all into it. A crisis turned into a real sense of achievement that still inspires me today!

NETWORK

We use our direct contact with suppliers and customers to transfer new ideas and product developments directly to production. Our powerful network makes us extremely agile and therefore able to respond quickly. The concentrated expertise of our professional and dynamic teams ultimately creates not only a product, but also an integrated service concept for our customers.
